We draft all leases and sign them with tenants to help us protect our clients. This includes collecting security deposits and other necessary fees.	Use any lease you’d like, and we’ll ensure the tenant signs it — you have total flexibility to use the lease that fits your needs.
Our seamless rent collection system allows us to easily and quickly collect rent from tenants and push it directly into our clients’ bank accounts.	We ensure that at least one of our trained associates or partners accompany any and all prospective renters for showings of your property.
If a tenant violates the lease, we handle the lease violation and collect all necessary fees.	When a renter moves in, we first evaluate your property using a 30 point internal checklist, and an over 75 point property checklist  so nothing is missed.
We offer a variety of preventative and emergency maintenance services, 24/7/365 for our clients and renters.
We provide end of year tax information and monthly accounting statements including any hard copies needed for your CPA.
We offer additional services like handling rental license needs, our eviction protection program and annual preventative maintenance walk-throughs.
